Response to Covid-19

Extra Room Self Storage is actively monitoring COVID-19 and its implications. Currently, all locations are open and operating as essential businesses while taking precautionary measures and abiding by CDC-recommended practices.

 

Social Distancing Operations

In response to the coronavirus outbreak, we are taking the following steps to safeguard our customers and employees:

• We have instructed all employees to stop shaking hands.
• We have instructed all employees to cover coughs and sneezes.
• We have instructed all employees to stay home if they are sick.
• We will make sure to stand at least 6 feet away from you at all times. Our staff has been instructed to serve one customer at a time.
• Where possible, we will provide invoices and quotes via email rather than paper.

Facility Sanitation 

Our facilities have adequate disinfectant and sanitization supplies in office and restroom areas. Our employees have been instructed to wash hands regularly and abide by CDC-recommended practices.
